Ok, I cheated a little today and whipped up pretty much the same brekkie as Thursday - granola! It just happened to be the most convenient option for me this morning and I really wanted to use this gorgeous handpainted tiffin by Nkuku. The top layer is the perfect size for breakfast!
I paired the Alpro vanilla pouring yoghurt again (can't get enough of it) with the granola and tried the original (sweetened) soya milk in my english breakfast tea. In the past I've been a rice milk fan so to use this milk is amazing to me because it's basically a substitute for cow's milk rather than an alternative - tastes very similar.
Be back tomorrow with something different!

Deletethis breakfast looks so perfect, i should try to replicate that with as many of the similar ingredients i can find in a hong kong supermarket! yay for soya milk - i tend to use that instead of fresh cow's milk too. also i love your tiffin!! do you fill the other 2 layers with other food for the rest of the day?

Yes - exactly - I fill the other two layers so that if I'm out at work all day and possibly not going to be home for dinner time I have everything I need. Works perfectly xo
DeleteThe tiffin is so pretty, and practical! Love the sound of this pouring yoghurt.
