*half cup frozen raspberries
*200 ml Alpro almond milk (only 48 calories!)
It's so long since I made one of these! Probably not suitable for the current weather but who cares when it tastes this good. I'm sometimes put off making smoothies because I think it'll be too much effort but every time I make one I realise it's really not. It's one of the quickest breakfasts you can make. Chuck in the milk, blueberries and raspberries then slice up a banana to add to the mix. Whizz a few times in the blender and you're done!
If you decide to try this be aware that there's only a gram of protein from the almond milk so you may want to eat a few nuts on the side or add in a scoop of protein powder to balance things out a little.
