a to do list for 2013 :

Well, I'm a little late to the party posting this but I think that it's still meaningful provided I publish it before January is over and it certainly makes me feel more accountable than if I fail to share it at all. It's not a long list - 2012 was so good for me that I don't have many wants or wishes!

To Do:

* Make my home my haven
* Drink green juice more than three times each week
* Take a two week holiday abroad in the sunshine
* Complete a photography course (started Jan 2013)
* Learn some Photoshop techniques
* Host a great party
* Bake something for Valentine's Day
* Attend a concert
* Declutter
* See a musical
* Go for afternoon tea somewhere quirky
* Buy a watch that I'll keep forever
* Get a professional manicure at least once a month (1/12)
* Watch a complete popular TV series
* Take a weekend away somewhere I've never been in the UK
* Watch 12 new films
* Buy a Christmas jumper early before all the good ones sell out
* Read 4 fiction books

Tell me what's on your to-do list for 2013! I love hearing what your plans are. And for those who set yourself goals at the start of the year, how's it going?

  3. Declutter is on my to do list every year but this is the first year I've attempted to achieve it! I've found doing a small bit at a time really helps.

    1. That's the key to it - little and often. I'll tackle a drawer or a cupboard at a time :)

  5. I much prefer making goals like this, rather than 'lose weight, go to the gym'. I have a list of 30 for 2013, but my favourites include going to the ballet, visiting five places I've never visited before, buying a piece of furniture aaaandd... learning to ride my bike in the road! x

  9. I'd love to do a photography course too as I don't think that i'm using my slr to its potential. I'd love to use up plenty of products in 2013.

  10. I like your list! Declutter is one of my goals too. I've cleaned out and donated a lot of things, but I still have a long way to go.

  11. I love these goals! If you're looking for somewhere quirky for afternoon tea, I can really recommend The Sanderson in London. They do an amazing Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter themed afternoon tea. I'm going back for a second time later this year and can't wait!
    I would also love to go away for a weekend to somewhere I haven't been before. Maybe Scotland! xx

    1. Yes! I watched it at the cinema. I liked it but didn't love it so I'm not sure if I'll watch the others as they come out.

  13. I definitely love this list. It's so much more meaningful than 'lose weight' or 'stop eating chocolate' or any other common ones that people always break! Watch 12 new films... I write film reviews on my blog, you might see something you like on there and want to watch! Good luck with sticking to your goals!

  17. Drink green juice & go for afternoon tea some where quirky are fabulous ideas. Definitely adding them to my 2013 list, it's not to late to add to the list is it?

    Have you got a musical in mind to see?

  20. My bf is a photographer and he has been kind enough to teach me some things but a full-on photography course sounds like a fantastic idea :) I would like to learn more Photoshop! I see that he never posts his photos without putting a proper border or making sure the colors are perfect etc. The photos are already great to begin with but they look excellent after. I´d also like to take the DELE to certify that I speak and understand a certain level of Spanish.

  36. According to the details, the ingredients in HGH Advanced
    have been reported to boost mood, mental focus, energy, and sex drive.
    If you are wishing to know about natural HGH supplements side
    effects then it means you do NOT totally know how the supplements operate.
    Any work out that is exhaustive acts as the best
    HGH releasers, as these need energy to support and this is attained by burning fatty
    tissues; this also increase protein synthesis to enable the body withstand severe demands of working out ; these
    are considered the ways to generate the most effective human growth hormone.
