I'm already a huge fan of got2b and religiously use their heat protector spray, so I was pretty interested to hear about this new product. Play it Straight is a semi permanent solution to unmanageable hair; a straightening blow dry kit to tame frizzy, wild and out of control hair for straight styles that will last up to 10 washes. The product contains a special protein that helps loosen that bonds that make hair frizzy, whilst also containing keratin, silk and wheat proteins for care and condition. It's a simple two step process which takes around 30 minutes. A quicker, cheaper alternative to the Brazilian Blow Dry?!
- got2b is priced at £6.99 RRP and available now at Boots, Asda, Superdrug, Savers and Amazon.

This sounds so cool? Have you tried it? It would be interested to see if it actually works. I’m also running a beauty giveaway at the moment in case you are interested :)

this sounds really interesting, I have been wanting to try the Brazilian blow out but it is way to expensive but this sounds like a good alternative.
ReplyDeleteIf it contains Keratin is it suitable for coloured hair?
ReplyDeleteI would love to see before and after pictures of this product! Tempting!!

ReplyDeleteDONT use it!! It is quite possibly the most damaging product i have ever used. I complained to Schwartkopf and am waiting to hear back. I had to send them some snippets of my hair. I coloured my hair months ago and it claims to be safe just 2 weeks after colouring. My hair, over a month after using this product, is in the worst condition it has ever been
ReplyDeleteI have tried both chemical and non chemical Japanese straightening treatments. The chemical one went terribly but the Japanese treatment was amazing... It took 6 hours though, they applied a treatment and heated it for an hour and then repeated.. Then when washed, it would dry as straight as if I'd used straighteners. And it only wore off as my hair grew out. I'm really surprised I haven't seen it catch on in England... So I would be interested to see how this product does!
