I've had another hectic week but the saving grace has been strolling to work or looking out the window and realising spring is definitely on it's way. Today is officially the first day of spring! Finally, there is light at the end of the very long tunnel that is the British winter.
Sunday afternoon walk with my boyfriend in Prestbury, Cheshire (which has beautiful houses at every turn and numerous famous millionaire residents).
Possibly the best salad I've ever made. In the mix - salmon, leaves, cucumber, pepper, spring onion, olives, diced feta and cous cous. 
The first daffodils of 2011 I spotted. 
Hot chocolate in the beer garden.
