Insomnia.

I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I'm not sure why. I'm positive I'd sleep like a baby if only my bedroom resembled any of these. Heavenly...

All these images have been floating around my laptop over the past year or so which means I can't give credit, unfortunately. If one of these delicious snaps belongs to you then do let me know so I can include the link. What now? Leave me a comment and tell me what your dream bedroom would look like! You can also follow me on bloglovin' or send me a tweet - I'd love to hear from you :)

  4. oh my god, these are heavenly! i love looking at pictures like this, so amazing!
re your insomnia, try to do lots during the day such as exercise to tire you out, and don't go on your laptop or watch tv in bed. that should help!

  7. These are all gorgeous! My dream bedroom would have an absolutely huge bed, a lot of natural light, bare floorboards, and a vanity table with a big mirror.

  8. I love all these rooms. I'm more into creams/browns/truffles like the 3rd pic. Only thing that's missing from my room is a new carpet. The colours I had my old room were yellow walls and orange carpet (came when we bought the house) .. and I want a nice new cream carpet, but mum won't let me :( orange carpet it is! :P

  11. This is such good timing! I'm going to be decorating my bedroom and was thinking white walls, grey/silver bed linen/cushions with a shot of turquoise/fuchsia through. Love pictures 3, 5, 9 and 10!

Hope your insomnia gets better :( A cockerel has been waking me up most mornings for 2 weeks but I just got an email from the Council saying it's gone! xx

  21. I love all these rooms! I love looking at nice bedrooms!

I've been having trouble sleeping too sweetie. I have a really busy life but when I get home I still can't sleep. I sometimes think I need to change my bedding: I have satin sheets and the duvet slides around inside the cover making it bumpy o_O xx

  22. wow those rooms do look nice! I especially love that teal nightstand.. but I wouldn't be able to keep my room that clean&organized for more than a day, at the most hahaha

  23. I love the vintagey bedrooms.
Random bit of advice but I was having trouble sleeping last week and last night I slept without the duvet cover on the duvet and it was the best night sleep i've ever had ha. It's back on tonight though after it's wash.. so wide awake for me tonight.

  24. I love the rooms where they're mostly white with a burst (how pretentious does that sound!) of colour.

I'm not sure what my ideal bedroom would look like, but it would have to have the biggest bed possible!

  25. I think I'd sleep better in any of these too, I really want to burn everything in the bedroom it's a heap at the moment. Hope you are well xxx

  26. I am a total insomniac and a beautiful blue bedside table or ladder leaning on my wall would surely cure this! Worth a try.

  31. These are beautiful!! I would definitely be thrilled with any of these bedrooms, but I think my favorite is the last one (Pink and orange). :) thanks for sharing!

  32. *drool* I love that there's a huge mirror in a few of the rooms! i think i'd give up my insomnia as well if i could lay my head down in any of those rooms!

  37. If i had the $ my rooms would totally be decorated. These rooms inspire me. However, if i had rooms that looked these good I would probably become very lonely. I would never leave them and I would not allow people to come over in fear of them messing my rooms up! :)

  38. I don't think I could handle sleeping in a room with so much space and such bare walls, but they are really nice rooms

  41. I love the very last one!

  42. Although those rooms are pretty I could never live in one of them. They seem like people don't actually live in those rooms. I appreciate my room because it doesn't match, there are random posters, pictures, knick knacks, etc. I feel that my room has character and memories within it which makes it MY room rather than the-general-room-where-I-get-dressed-and-sleep.

  43. the 8th picture is my room! :)

  44. I'm obsessed with your style. i love the room with the grey bedding and interesting wall decor. my absolute favorite. then the one with the big gold mirror on the floor. Looking forward to more in the future, but would you label main items in the rooms? Like the chandeliere, I know its from urban outfitters. But I would love to know where the bedding is from. Again, love this site. Thanks for inspiring me.

  45. I don't really think it's about what the room looks like or how its styled- most of those look clean, and empty with only things that are appealing and wouldn't remind you of anything bad or clutter your head with thoughts. Rather than wanting to spend money, you should spend a little time on Feng shui-ing a room. material is not a good solution.

  46. I love the rainbow chandalier in the ninth picture but i love the walls to room 8! are those flowers to room 8 painted on to there or just wall paper, cause i really want this for my room!

  47. It must be so nice falling asleep at night knowing your room is so gorgeous!

  48. can´t help but to notice some of theese are not feng shui alligned.
never ever have a windows at your feet or head on a room.
