♥ aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor 2 for £6: this has brought my hair back from the brink! ok, i might be exaggerating a little. but my hair was a little fried (ghd overuse?!) and now feels tons softer and healthier. leave on for more like 10-15 minutes for optimum results.♥ nair hair removal cream - 87p for two sachets at sainsburys: i've been on a mission this year to try every single hair removal option out there (braun epilator review coming soon). this was the last on my list. i like it and will look out for a full size bottle next time i hit the shops. it works quite quickly and effectively and the added ingredients are super moisturising to the skin.
♥ eyedew £4.39: bright, white eyes. thanks eyedew!♥ the body shop seaweed toner £3: this has great reviews online and i can see why. i love using this after cleanser to get my pores squeaky clean.♥ philosophy hope in a jar moisturiser £33.50: first reviewed HERE. this has been an absolute godsend during this cold snap. after i had the flu recently i used this several times a day around my nose and it cleared the dry skin and redness within just a couple of days. i was amazed.♥ lip fusion in smooch £25: a sexy, plumped, luscious pout in a tube. ridiculously pricey but i do love it.♥ bobbi brown natural finish foundation £28 (and worth every penny): recommended in bridal magazines and now i know why. my holy grail foundation. so good even my boyfriend's male friends have been commenting on my skin - madness! i always say if a guy notices something then you're onto a winner because men are generally not known for their observation skills. looks amazing in photographs.♥ bobbi brown eye repair £35: first reviewed HERE. the delicate skin around my eyes LOVES this product. it was once a problem area for me but no longer.
♥ ghd IV salon styler hair straighteners £99: they work. 'nuff said.
what products have you been lovin' this month?

I am in dire need if that Aussie stuff! Based on your review I am going to get my mom bobbi brown foundation for Christmas! I have been loving silver glitter nail polish and cat eye style liner.
ReplyDeleteGreat list!!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on most of the items, especially with regard to GHD IV!
Think I might need to invest in that foundation then :) My hair always needs deep conditioning, so will try Aussie out too xx
ReplyDeleteI have hope in a jar, and find that it smells horrible. Maybe I just don't like the smell but do you think it smells funny? Haha! x
ReplyDeleteThese all look amazing! xx
ReplyDeleteJade - it does smell kinda funny; sort of like a medicated product? But it's not offensive to me and i'm not that taken in by smells etc. I'm more concerned with the effect of a product. Hope that helps!
ReplyDeleteGem - your hair always looks fab! But yeah, next time you buy a treatment condition I def recommend Aussie x
ReplyDeleteChic geek - just be aware that the Bobbi foundation is oil free so i'm not sure how that would work for more mature skin. Maybe check out the reviews on the Bobbi web site & see if any women over 40 have commented x
I have some Nair products waiting to be used! And my sister loves Aussie, I always hear such great reviews about it :) xoxo
ReplyDeleteI have to admit the Bobbi Brown Skin foundation was amazing but it broke me out in huge cysts :( I have sensitive skin though so i would recommend everybody else to check it out xx
ReplyDeleteAh, thank you from saving me from my nasty, damaged locks. :( Lately, I tried out a "professional" straightener I got at Marshalls for cheeeap. Now. I know why. It's basically burned my hair to a crisp, and after washes is smells like... well burnt hair. Hopefully this will help! You're my hero!!
ReplyDeletexoxo,
e.
I really want to try hope in a jar
ReplyDeleteHave a browse on eBay Laura! I just pinch my nose when applying it x
ReplyDeleteThe bobbi brown foundation sounds like a good investment!
ReplyDeleteXx
I am wanting to buy a new foundation before Christmas...was thinking of Bare Minerals Matte, will see if I can get a sample of this BB one as well!
ReplyDeleteI've been using the aussie 3 minute conditioner for a while now and it has definitely improved my hair condition. I sometimes use it as a hair 'mask' and leave it in longer.

Glad to hear about the toner, it sounds good and £3 is very cheap for the Body Shop!
