Things I Love Thursday

I've seen this themed post all over the blogosphere! I'd like to make 'Things I Love Thursday' a weekly feature here too. After all, it'll be a nice way for me to express my gratitude for the little things in life that make it all worthwhile and a neat way of sharing stuff you all might enjoy too. So, let's rock on.

1. Anthropologie

I can't afford to shop here, what with the jacked up British pricing. But that never stops me looking. More than anything I simply adore the look of the web site. It's so imaginative and artistic that it almost makes me want to go back to school for graphic design. The clothes aren't bad either.

2. Twitter

Being new to Twitter perhaps it's all a novelty for me. But I really can see the appeal. It's a unique form of communication that I'm excited to explore. Facebook bores me senseless. perhaps i'll feel that way about Twitter soon enough. You can follow my tweets HERE.

3. Wearing hats to cover my unruly hair (finally getting it cut tomorrow!)

4. Falling asleep to the sound of rain

It's been raining non-stop here. Although it's irritating to drive in, it sure is nice to curl up in bed at night with the pitter-patter of the rain against the window.

5. Holiday excitment!

Next week i'm taking a trip to one of my fave places on earth - St Ives in Cornwall. The plan is to eat, drink and r-e-l-a-x. God knows I need it. I can't wait to see the ocean and hear the seagulls sing.

What are you lovin' on this week?

  1. I love Anthropologie too. I wish I could afford to buy more than a shirt every once in a while! Facebook bores me too thats why I moved onto Twitter and the boring-ness comes in spurts for me but I still like it better than Facebook haha!

  2. hey Staley! thanks for stopping by :) the anthro prices in the UK are just so expensive, even in the sale. the prices in the US are much more reasonable and they seem to have regular (and decent) sales. such cute stuff though.

glad i'm not the only one who is disillusioned with facebook. see you on twitter then!
