The weather in Manchester today is dreary. Cold. Wind. Heavy rain. It's July. Where is summer? Why, oh why, wasn't I born in Australia? Or the southern states of America? Or the Greek Islands? Figi would have been nice. On days like today the only things that make me feel better are my duvet, a cup of tea, trashy magazines and a cupcake. A big, pink, sugary cupcake.
What makes you feel better on a miserable day? Where in the world would you like to live? What's the weather like where you are today?!

I love yummy cupcake pictures :) I hate wet weather (it's raining right now as I type) but living in Scotland means it's quite common. My parents lived in New Zealand prior to starting a family & even considered relocating to Australia. But no, they returned to Scotland. x

ReplyDeleteI live in a desert in Washington state. I HATE it. I hate the heat. It was 86 degrees and humid today. If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be the olympic peninsula here in Washington, where it rains constantly. However, the dreary country side of England sounds WONDERFUL!!!!
